COMMON QUESTIONS
Simple fixes for
the usual blockers.
Open a question for the exact checks to make. If the issue remains, contact support with the time it happened and what you saw.
AccountWhat happens after I request access?
Your request is reviewed first. If it is approved, a private setup link is sent to the work email you provided. Open that link and create your password before trying to sign in.
AccountWhy can I not sign in?
Use the same work email entered during registration and confirm that you completed the approved setup link. If you forgot your password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in page to request a reset link.
RealWear setupHow do I register a RealWear device?
Sign in to the dashboard and open Headsets. Generate the workspace QR code. On the RealWear device, open Safety AI, select Scan QR Code and point the camera at the QR. Return to Headsets and confirm the device appears.
RealWear setupWhat if the QR code does not scan?
Increase screen brightness, keep the whole QR inside the camera view and hold the device steady. Confirm the workspace is below its device limit. If the displayed QR is no longer active, generate another one and scan the new code.
ConnectionThe device is registered but will not connect
Confirm the RealWear device has internet access and that the app shows Server online and Device registered. Select Connect again. If either status is unavailable, reconnect the device network and restart the app before trying again.
Live monitoringThe device is live but the dashboard has no video
Open the dashboard using the same Safety AI address used for login, then refresh the page. Confirm the device remains Live in Headsets. If verdicts work on the RealWear device but the video tile is unavailable, send support the dashboard address, device name and approximate time of the problem.
VerdictsWhat do the safety verdicts mean?
A violation verdict means the detected worker is missing a required safety helmet or safety vest. A compliant verdict means the required items are visible. Review the bounding box and saved violation record before taking action.
DetectionWhen should I change detection confidence?
Keep the default value unless detections are consistently missed or incorrect in the actual work area. On the RealWear live screen, select Settings, adjust one step at a time, select Done and confirm the result under normal lighting and distance.
